Super bad customer service and not trust worthy. I left a sweater with small strings, they didn’t clean it because it was supposedly broken. The lady blamed me and said I broke it, I know for a fact that it was perfect when I left it to clean. They probably pulled it and broke it by mistake, which she could have said sorry and it would have been fine. But blaming me instead??

Expensive. Ask the price of everything before leaving your clothes. She intentionally didn't write the price on my ticket. At pickup $20 to hem my pants. Nordstrom's charges less than that. To dry clean my cashmere turtle neck, $16. Not transparent. If they don't give you the cost when you drop off on your ticket, ask.

HORRIBLE! Absolutely HORRIFIC experience at this establishment. Rude and clueless people work here. They lost four pieces of my work clothes and they couldn’t care less about it. They don’t deserve one star. Expensive. Rude. Poor service.
