Phoned for a quote and recorded message said they are no longer accepting new clients. Their reviews look good but pass on this buisness. Nothing about this mentioned on their website as well.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with Heartland. I noticed that most reviews are a few years old most from 2014 to 2019, hope Heartland is still in business.Anyway, the owner, Mike come to my home in mid-November to look over the job and said he'd follow up with a quote to replaster, tile and add new coping. He stated he'd get the quote to me in a week. Well, the week came and went, when I contacted him, he said he was having trouble getting material prices. Well after several calls to him (he never called me) he had the same response, I figured the issue was due to the pandemic, but also felt he was not interested in the job. So, I contacted 3 other companies, and received quotes from all 3 almost immediately. Mike never did provide a quote, just wish Mike would have been honest and up front with me instead of leading me on and wasting my time. Kind of makes you wonder if the previous yelp reviews are genuine.

Before remodeling our pool, we got bids from several contractors. Heartland Pools provided the best one. And, more important than that, Mike and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with and very professional. We replastered the surface, added two dolphins to the bottom and put new tile in. Jennalee and Mike suggested plaster, tile and grout colors to tie everything together. When it was time to install the tile Jennalee personally arranged each one so there wouldn't be two patterns together. They exceeded all of our expectations and made sure we were 100% satisfied.
