Of course, another five star rating for Mike of Harbor Air Conditioning. When you go through the heat wave with no working air conditioning for eight days (bad compressor), you quickly find out who the good guys are and who the good guys are not. Had three A/C techs out, including one I've done business with for 10 years and I quickly found out that a 10 year relationship means nothing when the heat goes over 90 degrees and your system fails. The first dude wanted $5600 for a new compressor but he was going to give me a $200 break... The second tech thought it was OK to quote me over $13,000 for a heat pump and an indoor air handler (have solar). Fortunately, my neighbor referred me to Mike of Harbor Air conditioning, who spent the time needed to confirm the compressor was dead and to quote me an unimaginably reasonable price to switch to an electric system, top-of-the-line equipment, and with a little prodding, fit my installation into his crazy busy schedule. Without question, he is the only guy that I would trust on any property that I need HVAC help with. Harbor Air should be on everyone's shortlist when you want to compare HVAC needs. You will be shocked by Service level, professionalism, and pricing.

We have used Harbor heating a couple of times this last year the most recent 8/18/22. Brad returned our call very quickly and was able to schedule us for next day service, on both occasions Brad was very punctual. This last problem was actually a pipe with a hole, Brad offered a solution and offered to repair it. I have and will continue to use and refer Harbor Heating (Brad) to any one with a AC/Heating problem.

This company was recommended to me and I can understand why. Outstanding communications and swift resolution. I worked with Brad and he was terrific, patient, understanding and simply great. Cannot recommend enough!
