I love coming here however I honestly like my pedicures to be done by Helen. Not sure what the other lady’s name is however my nails are a mess and she was way too rough. The massage was not relaxing but painful. Plus when I paid she didn’t even give me my change and just chose her tip. I leave 20% tip however today I would have rather left her 15% tip. Will come back but much rather wait to be attended by Helen.
Clean and professional. My nails turned out great. My daughter got acrylic with a glitter dip, and her nails seemed to be more bumpy/ridged.. could have been filed/buffed a little more, but I understand the glitter is textured. We filed the edges after to get them a little smoother. Otherwise the owners were kind and clean. No CC. Cash apps or cash only.
I became aware of Queens Nails from a girl with a beautiful manicure and stopped in randomly without an appointment. I only waited 10 minutes, and Helen, the owner, got busy with my manicure and Cindy on my pedicure. I have been back 3 times as I only need a manicure and pedicure once a month. Wow, Cindy did an incredible job on my toes and feet. Helen suggested a hot gel manicure for my trip to Cancun as it would last swimming and be n elegant choice of color for multiple outfits. This time, I chose an Easter bright for fun. They have an incredible amount of colors to choose from for a simple manicure, a gel, or a dip mani you will love the selection. 5 5
