The service is quick, and the team fixes frames, even for a first-time visitor, absolutely free. This is a place with the best service, where people are professional, loyal, and have a nice sense of humor. It is a 10/10 practice.

I dropped in to ask about a minor repair to my eyeglasses. They took the glasses in back, fixed them immediately and would not charge me. I will definitely become a regular customer for future needs that will surely arise.

Everyone here is so friendly, helpful and good at their work. Dr. Gartner is wonderful! He took the time to show amd share back the information on the eye tests, walking me through what he looks for in total vision. He was friendly, funny and knows his stuff. The people up front both at reception were so helpful. I ordered some new glasses and I can't wait to get them in a few weeks.

Very accommodating to get me seen on short notice. They will include extra charges on your glasses beforehand but they are pretty chill if you just tell them you don't want them. Basically they included bluelight filter on my glasses because I work with computers which my insurance does not cover. I wish they were a little more forthcoming with that. Otherwise Dr. Gartner is great and the front desk customer service experience was pretty solid.
