Visiting from out of town and needed a lash refill. Found this place and realized I went to the Monterey location when I was in a bind there! Messaged one of the lash artists directly from the website as I knew getting an appointment the day before Christmas Eve might be difficult. She was on maternity leave and so sweet. Told me to go to Michael as they have similar styles and I was able to book online right away. Just left and he did a perfect job. He's so nice and the whole place is very clean and professional. Will definitely come back to him next time I'm in town!

Love Gabrielle - she is a lash WIZARD. So good at what she does, and my lashes always look amazing when the fill is complete. I am a big contender on "you get what you pay for" and you pay for quality here! So happy with my lashes and so happy I found her in PB. Would highly recommend! :)

Gabrielle is a true gem! She took the time to ensure I was happy throughout the process and listened to exactly what I wanted! I can tell she definitely goes above and beyond for her clients. I had a wonderful experience with her as a first time client. Look forward to returning and becoming a regular!
