I went into the emergency room as I suspected I had Covid, which they verified, and checked me into the hospital and put me into isolation. The staff was awesome. They took very good care of me. I couldn't ask for better care as a veteran, I really do appreciate all of the hard work. These people put in and their dedication to their jobs.
Horrible wait time I came to the er at 12 pm and it's now 3:12 on a Sunday. I have shit to do hurry the f up. Understaffed hire more people, leave it to the military to not give a f about its veterans
My first point of contact in this facility happen to be the reception help desk. I had been chatting with a young transgender VETERAN!! She went to the desk and ask for directions. The two men sitting behind the desk told the trans where she would find her services. She was very polite and gave them thanks. She was not out of earshot before the two MEN started laughing like 10year olds. Pathetic! DO BETTER FOR ALL YOUR VETS!
