I got a haircut from Tara at Floyd’s and she was fantastic. I shared the look I wanted, and she immediately understood and worked her magic. She’s skilled, attentive, and genuinely listens. I walked out loving my hair. Highly recommend her and Floyd's. The overall experience at Floyd's was great.
UPDATE: Unsettling to see that the flag has not been put back up after my previous visit. I called the district manager on Friday and have not received a response yet. Will she be able to contact me this week and provide a sincere response rather than the AI generated response to my original review? Almost repeating my review as a response doesn't show any effort. Id love to switch my review back to 5 stars after a conversation.

I've gotta give a shoutout to Claudio. I've been a client of his for about a year and a half, and he's always delivered on excellent cuts. He's a really easy going guy and easy to talk to, as well. He styles the best skin fades I've ever gotten, and now that I'm wearing a modern mullet, he's doing an amazing job at those cuts as well. Highly recommend! Thanks Claudio

Word of caution when booking online - make sure you call to verify/confirm your appointment! It's happened three times now where I book online, get to the confirmation screen, but my booking doesn't actually go through.
