I’ve been coming to Flagship Barbershop for over 5 years now and I can confidently say this is the best barbershop I’ve ever found. I’ve tried going to other barbers over the years and every single time I end up right back in their chairs. That alone says everything.
Joe is my main barber and he is truly top tier. Consistent, precise, and always takes his time to make sure the cut is perfect. I typically get a drop back medium fade and it is flawless every single time. I was between work appointments and was able to conveniently book online for a last minute 2pm with Alex. It was my first time there and I was pleasantly surprised with the level of artistry and good vibes of the shop. It was a buzz with laughs, had “The Departed” on the TV and Alex was actually ready at scheduled time (sounds simple but you’d be surprised with other shops). Alex greeted me with a smile and a fist bump and was very detailed in asking me what I wanted and even had visuals for the little big things that make a haircut pop like if I wanted the back cut a certain shape and whether I preferred straight razor or electric. Hands down best barber shop in San Diego, had my cut with every barber here and they all are on point. Plus, how can you go wrong with a beer or bourbon while you wait and cool veterans making you look good?
