Filtercon absolutely deserves a 5 star because of the amazing customer service and how well our family full-house water system works. I initially gave this company two stars in the past. However, after considering their service and product quality, I purchased their product for my second house because I realized this company is excellent. Even today, they ensure the water filter works as it was designed. The maintenance person, Daniel, is amazing and dedicated to his work. When I have concerns about water filtration, which has been very rare in the last several years, all it takes is one phone call or email to their office, and they will respond immediately.
