I have been going to Dr Janet for over a decade. I’ve used contacts & glasses for 30+ years & am so glad I found her! I will never go to another optometrist. She has been able to help me when many optometrists have been unable to pinpoint my exact needs. She is super patient and her entire team and staff at Eye World are fantastic. I have zero reservations about recommending Eye World!
I’m traveling & my Sunglasses weren’t sitting correct on my face. The staff was kind, caring, knowledgeable & very friendly. They also have a fantastic selection of beautiful frames! A++++++ service! Would highly recommend ?
I found EyeWorld on my insurance company's website and emailed them to book an appointment. Irene got back to me fast, sorting out the details and making sure they took my insurance. It was great getting such a quick response and getting booked in so soon. When I went for my appointment, it started right on time. Dr. Baek was really nice and friendly, making sure I felt relaxed during the eye exam. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and why. What really surprised me was their equipment. You know how at some eye check-ups, they blow a puff of air into your eye? At EyeWorld, they have a similar thing, but without the air puff. It was way more comfortable.
