I have worked with Dhruv and Cynthia for since 2018. Their team of web professionals have been the best to work with. As I have always said, if you need it done right, you need to make sure you have an expert in the field.We had multiple special item requests for our website and they were able to deliver and also provide support for the website.Over all, they are not the cheapest or most expensive developer in the world, but they are reasonably priced and professionally managed.Each project is different and has a lot of challenges.We were able to start the project and completed it in a timely manner.I highly recommend their work.

I initially contacted them about issues on my website because my developer disappeared. They initially didn't charge me anything to do a few fixes and then I signed up with them for their support plan. I'm so busy in the field so I love their ticketing system. They are fast at whatever I request! I love the fact I can track everything and its organized. I'm planning to do more business with some marketing with them. Good company love their follow ups.

I contacted a bunch of companies initially to help with my new ecommerce business and finally decided to work with eyeuniversal. When I started, they had a very clear process and held my hand to build my website each step of the way that made it really easy. I really liked the fact that Annie followed up with me each step along the way to see if I had any questions... Especially on the technical side. I had no idea how many things were involved but I'm so glad I went with them. Kudos to them, I'm really happy with the end product. I learned a lot. Highly recommend!
