I have been to Lucinda three years in a row. I will tell you, she doesn't suffer fools - so don't be a fool! Ask questions to make sure you understand your insurance and what you are going to pay. Don't be surprised that you are going to pay...it is rare that insurance covers everything. Be on time to your appt. Lucinda helped me get the best price on my contacts (better than online sources) AND, she recommended a way to get a refund that resulted in my getting $200 back. I would NOT have received that without her direction. Go forward with confidence.
