I went to Puerto Vallarta a couple weeks ago for my birthday and it was a goddamned nightmare. I woke up on the second day with the FLU, and spent the rest of the trip sweating through the hotel sheets and staring out the window into the beautiful tropical sunshine wondering if this was my karma for that time I laughed when I saw my neighbor slip on the stairs. It was miserable. I hated my life.
