Sergei was extremely professional. My microwave stopped heating. He was sure it was the magatron, but once he checked it he found that it was working correctly. I so appreciated his honesty, because he could have totally bamboozled me into thinking I needed an expensive repair. Much to my surprise the microwave just needed to be unplugged and plugged back in again...kinda like the your printer or computer. Totally surprising right? So weird, but what do I know about microwave ovens? He also reminded me I just needed to turn off the breaker instead of removing the microwave. This whole experience was very impressive. Professional and thorough. We moved into a house with an old, non-functional dishwasher. Sergei tried very hard to make it work but could not without major repairs. He was honest and clear about the costs involved. We will be inviting Express Appliance to install our new dishwasher and will use them in the future for sure.
My over the range microwave died two weeks ago and Express Appliance told me to schedule install of new one once I received it. They put me on the schedule the very next day after I called and Bart came today (on Memorial Day) to install it. The old one had been jury rigged by someone who didn't know how to install it and it required a lot of work to get the venting corrected. Bart not only installed the microwave but went and got the new venting parts it needed and came back today to finish the job when someone else canceled their time slot. He was incredible, professional, strong, and VERY neat, cleaning up everything. Price was completely reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend this company to anyone who needs an appliance installed.
