Excel Eyecare Optometry

Edit: after leaving my initial review, the doctor personally called me and offered to make things right. She explained that she had a staffing issue back then and did not get my messages. She seemed genuinely concerned and willing to help. I believe she's being honest. So I'm changing my review because I don't think a lot of doctors would call and offer to make things right. I appreciate her offer and concern.

I have been going to Excel Eyecare since 2022. Recently I started seeing Dr. Angela Wernow. She is friendly, considerate and professional. The front desk staff/opticians are also incredible in helping me pick out the right kind of eye glasses especially I have low nose bridge. They take insurance (I have Anthem Blue Cross/Eyemed) and they also take FSA. I am also getting prescription sunglasses. Can't wait to wear my glasses!

Dr Gan was great. We both had a very good experience seeing her for the first time and definitely plan to go back. Summer, who helped me with selecting frames and setting me up to get my glasses was amazing. Really the best. She's helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable when we had questions. The ladies in the office were also very nice during the initial intake of our info and getting basic tests done. Great optometrist office.
