Elicia has fabulous a technique. I have had my eyebrows, lash line and eyeliner done and my daughter recently had her eyebrows done. The eyebrows are very natural looking. Nobody would know unless you told them. Elicia is also very sweet and down to earth. We fly from Minnesota to have her do our work. I highly recommend her.
