Easily 5 stars. I’ve always been a little bit nervous and intimidated to start strength training because I never have before but I am so glad that I chose to come to Electrum anyways. Every coach here made me feel welcomed and comfortable, helping me in any way I needed. It’s the first environment I have ever been in where I don’t feel dumb or judged when I ask questions, where I’m given constructed criticism with belief that I can correct and just isn’t toxic! No one is gate keeping any knowledge here too because they actually care about you achieving the goals you have for yourself. Joining Electrum Performance has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I was dealing with persistent lower back pain that had been affecting me for more than a year. From the very first session with Alex, he took the time to understand my specific issues, listen to my concerns, and developed a personalized workout schedule for my needs.
Fast forward almost a year now, with weekly sessions at the gym and with Alex and Rodrigo, I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been. Alex’s understanding of muscle strength and recovery is unmatched.
