Flowers were beautiful but the customer service was very disappointing. The flowers were delivered to the wrong address. When we called about this several different times, we were assured (several different times) that the flowers had been delivered to the correct address and that we had just missed it and that the flowers must’ve been stolen, even when we told them we were waiting by the door for them and that the doorbell did not ring. They admitted to even calling the wrong number to complete the delivery yet were insistent that they had successfully delivered the flowers. Very informative and professional staff, I ordered a bouquet for my friend graduation and I told the florist that I have to pick the bouquet early in the morning but the graduation is not due until noon. She showed me what flower I should choose that will last longer. They arranged a very beautiful bouquet that everyone kept asking about it.
