It's been extremely difficult to get an appointment the past 2 months we assumed staffing issues. Went by yesterday and saw a note on the door that they were closing June 18 and merging with the Del Mar location, No notification was sent out to those with bar fly memberships. ??I've tried contacting customer service to cancel my membership and haven't gotten a respond. This used to be a great place/ very convenient early 7am appointment before work...So not sure if it's management or staffing that led to this. Used to be a 5 star location....but has gone downhill

I come here often. I have very thick unruly hair. I get my hair blown out a lot. I am usually happy with my service but today I had Stephanie do my treatment. She was great. She knew her stuff did a fabulous blow out. Stephanie was friendly and professional. I will request Stephanie.

A group of us went here for our friends birthday party on a Wednesday afternoon., I had never been here or anywhere similar but was interested in trying it . We checked in at noon. Our appointment times were staggered by 15 minutes. The seats were very comfortable. The stylist was very professional! She did a great job !! They have a menu of styles with photos to choose from. I had my hair curled since I never curl it . Turned out amazing and my hair was very shiny . It took 30 minutes total per person.
