Went through my plumbing warranty to get a drain issue resolved. Valentine from Drain Medic was assigned to my job and was fantastic. Showed up at the start of the arrival window. Assessed the situation. Told me what he thought it was and how he was going to address it. Everything he said checked out. He asked me check on some things in the house so he didn't wear his boots inside. Chatted for a bit while he checked on things. All around, a very professional experience. Thanks. Huge shout-out to Valentine. Thank you dude.
