I have been living, often painfully, with eczema for the past 20 years. During the most painful flare ups, I have seen numerous doctors, been prescribed a plethora of topicals, and often leave my appointments feeling discouraged and continuously itchy. I had bad acne in high school and worked for years, including spending a lot of money on treatments, to make my scarring better. Was assigned here to help with my acne scars before my wedding. I was assigned to Dr. Moore who gave me potential treatment options for my acne scars. The tca cross treatment was sold to me as the treatment with the least amount of down time and the best results. I underwent the treatment and it complete ruined my skin making my scars much wider and deeper than they ever were. I strongly advise against visiting this office. Parking is a nightmare--there's no street parking, and they refuse to validate, unlike every other office in the area. My appointment with Dr. Lee was a complete waste of time; they provided no helpful information or treatment options. The nurse practitioner seemed far more knowledgeable and engaged in offering potential solutions. The front desk staff were unprofessional, spending more time on their phones and chatting than helping patients. To top it off, the office is outdated and poorly maintained. The negative reviews you see are entirely justified.
