Dr. Kelly was a breath of fresh air! She sincerely cared about my child and connected like no other Dr. has - I commend her for having such a positive REAL vibe and actually listening to my child's issues. She restored faith in my child who had lost hope in dealing with doctors who treated him as a number and who were clock watchers! Wow. I wish she could train all Kaiser MD's on compassion, customer service and how to be a good listener. I love her.
