Most of the dog wash stations where blocked off but I only needed one. It is wonderful to have 24 hour availability. I've never been to a dog washing station before so I'm not sure if $16 for 16 minutes is a reasonable price or not. I would have given a five star if the machine had actually paused the time like it said it would but other then that I am very appreciative of this business.

Wish there was a way to stop your time. Sometimes I didn't need the whole amount of time if I just left it on soap and let it spray in there for extra sanitization but that seems like a waste of water and soap

Went to the one in PB on Cass Street. Beats the heck out of bending over in your bathtub or on the ground, and the splatter that comes from when your fur family shakes all over. Simple self-service "turn the dial" concept like they have for those self-service car-washes. Minus one star because the water barely got warm, and even that took 1/2 the time we were there, and it seemed as if the soak was still coming out of the hose somewhat despite us being in "rinse" mode (at least in the first unit). Would love it if they supplied aprons and brushes, but I understand why they probably don't (theft). Have only gone in the late morning on the weekend,... read full review
