I'm still loving my new windows even if it was a few years ago when we had them installed. The trick was getting my Mom to be happy with them! lol Mom had bars on all the windows and she didn't want them removed and Jeff and his crew did it! And I was happy that the crew didn't stomp all over my flower beds!
