My family and I have been using datel for over 30 years. Last I used them I got a desktop upgraded, they did amazing work, and charged less than the presuming total cost of parts. Took a long time but that was my fault. They even once had a radio show.

I can't believe I had not posted a review on here even though we have been doing business with Datel for over 15 years. Today we needed them to try and help recover a damaged computer's data. I sent an email later yesterday after hours. Today I received an email before they opened to check in with me to see how they could help. I ended up speaking to Heidi on the phone and she quickly made me a service ticket and we were in the door right after opening hours ( 9 am). I highly recommend the service of Datel for great computers, highly seasoned professionals that are expertly trained in all things COMPUTERS and all around a great company to work with!

Needed a repair for my in-warranty Lenovo and brought it here. I dropped it off around 9:30 am, and picked it up that afternoon. It ended up that my fan error was cured by a good dusting, but my tech, Merrik (sp?) kept my PC for a few more hours and ran a battery of tests to make sure all components were running well. It didn't need any parts, which helped the turnaround. Merrik professional, very thorough and courteous! Will definitely go back if I need anything again.
