She listened intently to my concerns and past issues surrounding the handling (or mishandling) of my hair, and was very respectful and perceptive in my comfort of having it touched. My son has incredibly curly, frizzy hair. He was in dire need of a hair cut but was very hesitant because of less than flattering hair cuts he has received in the past. He told me that he was just so tired of his "garbage hair." After some research, we found Curl Concepts and decided to schedule an appointment. It ended up being so much more than just a hair cut. Marlo is incredible! I had super long wavy hair that desperately needed a cut and some moisture. Her attention to detail and knowledge is so impressive. My hair feels so much healthier now and my waves are defined and not frizzy. I can't recommend her enough!
