I heard a new noise in my kitchen faucet and was concerned that there could be a bigger issue. I called CSR because of all the good reviews and I'm glad I did! My call was returned promptly, and an appointment was made that was convenient for me. Dayne came out, listened to what was going on, explained what could be happening and what he would be checking. After carefully checking the lines, he explained that there didn't appear to be any issue but if the sound bothered me, he could adjust the water pressure. My shower had a clog, Csr came out, unclogged the line. There prices are a lot cheaper than the larger plumbing companies out there, and there people are just as, if not more professional then the other companies out there.
Twice in the past year, we've had plumbing surprises that needed to be dealt with quickly and competently. After getting poor service from another locally based plumbing company, I found CSR Plumbing via Google reviews. And am I glad I did.
Long story short, these were two unrelated issues (other than the fact I guess that both were age related. It's a ~60-year-old home.) In both instances, responsiveness was great, communication was clear, and they were even able to save us some money based on what the potential outcomes could have been.
