We needed our sewer and water lines replaced, so I got quotes from about 10 different local plumbing companies. The reason why I went with CSR is because the owner was very knowledgeable, patient and explained the entire process really well. The quote was reasonable and more competitive than most other companies. Ray was the project manager and his crew arrived with 6 people: 2 digging out the old sewer line in the front yard, 2 people working in the crawl space under the house, one in our guest bathroom and someone else working in the laundry room! Have used their services twice for a clogged drain and tankless water heater maintenance. Both times Huyen was very helpful over the phone and transparent with quotes. The service techs arrived even earlier than the arranged times and did excellent jobs!If I remember correctly, first one was Tony who dealt with our difficult clogged kitchen drain, never complained and still managed to smile in the end. Second was Mike, who insisted on staying at his truck while the water heater flushed for 45 mins, just in case he needed to move his truck to let my neighbors pass through our shared driveway, which of course did happen. CSR have done a number of very important plumbing improvements on our home and I can not recommend them highly enough. Huyen and Ray are extremely courteous, professional and quick to respond. In the time since we've owned our home CSR have helped us with toilet issues, main line water pressure issues, sink draining problems and slab leak repairs. Being a family owned operation you can tell how much CSR care to do the right thing for their customer. They use only the highest quality products and never cut corners.
