CSR was recommended by our neighbor. They were very prompt and responsive in returning our call. Dayne came out within a day or two to look at our plumbing project and the work was scheduled to be done a few days later, even though they said they were very busy. Dayne installed shut off valves, a laundry sink and faucet. He was very patient, explained what he thought worked best, and kept us informed throughout the project. We were very impressed with Dayne. We appreciate quality service and will definitely use CSR again.

I heard a new noise in my kitchen faucet and was concerned that there could be a bigger issue. I called CSR because of all the good reviews and I'm glad I did! My call was returned promptly, and an appointment was made that was convenient for me. Dayne came out, listened to what was going on, explained what could be happening and what he would be checking. After carefully checking the lines, he explained that there didn't appear to be any issue but if the sound bothered me, he could adjust the water pressure.
