Have used their services twice for a clogged drain and tankless water heater maintenance. Both times Huyen was very helpful over the phone and transparent with quotes. The service techs arrived even earlier than the arranged times and did excellent jobs!If I remember correctly, first one was Tony who dealt with our difficult clogged kitchen drain, never complained and still managed to smile in the end. Second was Mike, who insisted on staying at his truck while the water heater flushed for 45 mins, just in case he needed to move his truck to let my neighbors pass through our shared driveway, which of course did happen. CSR have done a number of very important plumbing improvements on our home and I can not recommend them highly enough. Huyen and Ray are extremely courteous, professional and quick to respond. In the time since we've owned our home CSR have helped us with toilet issues, main line water pressure issues, sink draining problems and slab leak repairs. Being a family owned operation you can tell how much CSR care to do the right thing for their customer. They use only the highest quality products and never cut corners. We had a blockage of one of our toilets where it backwashed into our backyard. I saw the many positive reviews and contacted CSR to schedule a day/time to inspect the problem. Ray was great with communication and arrived right on time. He was able to gather video to show us what was going on in the pipe, explain why it was happening, cleared the blockage, and gave us long-term solutions such that it wouldn't happen again.Fast forward to the big project. I reached out to Ray to see if we could get our old cast iron plumbing replaced. He came back and did a full inspection determining where they would need to make cuts to replace the pipes.
