The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and are very dedicated to going the extra mile. My computer is running very smoothly and looks almost good as new, I am very very happy with the entire shop, I would highly recommend this place if you need your computer tended to!

My 11 year old Mac Book stopped turning on. I took it into Craft and they were able to get it back up and running with a simple cleaning. Really wonderful turn around time and customer service. Would certainly recommend them.
