Do not hire this company. We have sent all documentation requested for solar service activation at Fox Point Farms and have neve heard back from them again. Followed up after two months but the thread with their activation team/representative produced no response, even after multiple attempts to follow up. Decided to call them and, to my surprise, nothing has been done to date. I got contacted by a subcontractor to schedule a photo session of the panel in a month from now. A photo session for the very same pictures I sent upon their request and they confirmed adequate receipt months ago. I understand there are multiple other homeowners with the same problem.

Extremely upsetting to spend tens of thousands of dollars purchasing solar panels to then have multiple emails be ignored time and time again regarding activating our panels. Calling them will result in people trying to pass you off to the “right department” only for them to let you know no one can help and that you should leave an email that will never be addressed or replied to. I wish we could have spent our money with another company that will actually activate the panels they install so we can start saving energy. Right now it has just been a waste of money.

I had solar installed on my home back in August of 2024, yet I still pay a full electric bill through Edison to this day. Supposedly my panels need a final inspection before activation, but Complete Solar has failed to send anyone out to do so. Trying to get a hold of someone within this company is close to mission impossible, but if you get lucky and speak to someone, they simply give you the runaround. Overall a very unprofessional experience and unfortunately there seems to be no respect for their customers. Thus far it has been a total waste of time, effort, and money.
