As for me everything was amazing up untill i was told by the installer that i was missing a sub back up panel to function properly. Since then i feel i have an incomplete solar system. I spoke to mirian who confirmed i am indeed missing the sub back up panel and promised to send someone out my way but now she completely avoids my messages and emails. I try to maintain good hopes with this company because everything was good and worked well so far. I hope someone will reach out and fix this problem. I will leave another review with an update to let you all know how it goes from here.

UPDATE 2: This city showed up and signed off on August 1st, as promised. Everything is great now! I think if the company set a better expectation initially, that I would not be up and running until the city signed off and it could be a few months, then the first review I left would not have been necessary. Once I was able to get a hold of someone, communication was great...I had cell numbers for 2 employees (Carlos & Stacy) and always got a response. The installers were always great. Thank you, Complete Solar!

I'm having the same issue as everyone else, I had my system installed with battery back up andi can't get ahold of anyone at complete solar, the system is installed but haven't had anyone from the county inspect the system at least not that im aware of. Also the power has went out because i
Of the heat and the battery isn't running the whole house, My fridge stays off which is ridiculous and I'm only getting power to a few outlets.
Why would I get a battery installed to power only a few outlets and not the whole house?? Tried to call customer service but it tells you noone is available no matter what time it is.. Ive left numerous messages with no response at all.
