Frank and his team run a tight ship with excellent customer service and a flawless work product. From Margaret in the office, to Noe on site, and all of the employees in between, they showed nothing but professionalism, courtesy, knowledge about exactly what needed to be fixed and how, and constant communication. I never felt like I was hanging, which is incredibly important when it comes to work being done at your home (+ with a tight timeline involved). Frank was very accommodating and gave his honest opinion about the repairs. Straightforward, professional, easy to work with. Even though Frank knew my project was no rush, his team made faster progress than other crews who have assured me I'm their first priority. Particularly fabulous about Frank is his detailed estimates: he specs actual fixtures in detail, so you can google them and know exactly what you're getting. Margaret in the office has a good color sense and can help with design ideas. They're patient and easy to communicate with. CBI is the way contracting SHOULD be done. So glad the neighbors referred me to them!
