After starting my business, I hired Coastal Tax to help with my tax filing. They never took time to truly help me understand what was happening and I never knew who to contact if I had a question. They told me to do something which ended up costing me $8500 in fines a year later, since I did it incorrectly. I don’t know much about taxes so I trusted them to guide me and was let down. Now after finding a new tax advisor, I realize that their service was terrible. I would not recommend.
