I’ve used this shop 4 or 5 times and it’s been great each time. The gentleman behind the counter was able to rattle off the exact make and model of the washer I was working on as soon as I walked in the door holding my broken drain pump. They know their stuff and the place had a great “mom and pop” feel.
Late on my review. About a month ago, the oven ignitor went out after over a decade of being in use. Went to Coast Appliance to see if they had the part and they did! Super surprised I bought it immediately. Went back home, plugged it in and it worked! Was very appreciative of all of their help.
This has got to be the best group of people in any specialty store that I've ever come across. I didn't even buy anything, and they were so so gracious. They're not the closest appliance supply shop to me, but I won't go anywhere else in the future.
