We are giving Charles Schwab hazard center location five stars mostly because Michael at the front desk from Indiana helped us out. He was very patient and sweet. He took us to the computer and helped us with our every need. He also made sure we typed in the correct things he showed us shortcuts. He is amazing and that's why we're giving Charles Schwab hazard center five stars.

I had a great experience with Xavier, Jorge, Emily and Michael. Xavier does look out for my best interest with my 401k and treasury investment when he explains and advises. The other three command the front desk with their kind, genuine, polite customer service. It was a busy office the Wednesday I was there so their staff must be doing something right?

Schwab is a fine place for your money, but we’ve had four different account reps, all of them young and short-lived there. The most recent hasn’t bothered to call and introduce himself. Fortunately, account service nationally on the phone is excellent and takes care of all your needs. But this is certainly not the place for getting your hand held or for a quick response to a telephone call.
