I stopped in this location recently and purchased some hair products. One of the products was medicated, but I didn't think to check for an expiration date. I realized a few days later (after using the product) that it had expired already. I emailed through their website to check the return policy, especially since I had already used a small amount of the product. I received a response almost immediately, even though it was after hours, letting me know I could return it or swap it out in store with my receipt. I have been to countless med spas, estheticians, and skincare shops and I have struggled to find any products that did not give me a reaction. I had pretty much given up as I have tried so many products.
