Shar was referred to me after 4 costly and slow estimates.1. I was happy to work with a effective qualifed woman owned contractor2. Shar has experience working with the public in several industries. She listens and conceptualizes very well.3. BDB had a tight timeline after several delays. They came in only 1½ days late! I was shocked!Outstanding! Happy! Relieved! Grateful!4. Financially I came out ahead.Her estimate was over 3000.00 less than the previous 4.We are very happy the first 4 were such a bummer. Because it allowed Shar and her team to help us achieve a dream.

Wow! Where do I start? We decided to do a major renovation on our forever home in San Diego. It involved adding an amazing shower bathroom, a new master bedroom,walk-in closet, new dining room, new living room, redo kitchen, and turning the old living room into a bedroom/ office. Truly one of the most self induced stress situations possible. The process started a year ago. Permits took 6 months. We talked to many contractors and decided on Beyond Design Build. Came over and showed us what we could only imagine. Our actual builders were fantastic, professional. Nothing but praise for them , you know who you are! Biggest bump was getting doors and windows.
