Ordered a 3-night stay from airbnb. Later cancelled due to hurricane in Tampa, FL. Airbnb refunded the amount minus $25 insurance fee. The fee was kept by Generali Insurance. I contacted them by email, but they ignored me. Next, I went to Better Business Bureau - San Diego. The $25 fee was quickly refunded to me. Thank you, BBB! I appreciate your help in this matter!
