Best Life Chiropractice changed my life. I strongly recommend this. Due to an injury, my foot swelled up and I went to multiple places that were not able to help me. I couldn't walk, couldn't go down the stairs, and I felt miserable and hopeless. I moved to San Diego and my coworker recommended me to Dr. Gerald Palmes. My life has changed as I took Shockwave therapy and tried foot excercises that were recommended and my foot swell is gone and now I am able to walk, jog, and go downstairs without pain. From the moment I walked into the clinic, Dr. Gerald Palmes and April have welcomed me with a positive atmosphere and I am so thankful to them for my progress.

I went to Dr. Palmes to get my upper back and hips checked out. I’ve felt tightness and imbalance for awhile, likely from sitting at a desk most of the day. He took the time to check out what was going on, explain the imbalances, and walk through what he was doing. It put me at ease and I came out feeling like a new person. He also gave me exercises to do at home to help with the areas that were a little stuck. Great visit. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back.
