I had thrown my back out and sought chiropractic care to help me since nothing I tried work. I started seeing Dr Palmes weekly at first and noticed improvement after just a few sessions. It’s made such a difference and u don’t think I would have recovered as quickly without his help.My son started to have frequent motion sickness even when making short trips in the car and I again went to Dr Palmes for an evaluation for him. After a few visits my son’s motion sickness was lessened significantly. We even made a trip up to big Bear and he did not have any motion sickness. I would highly recommend Dr Palmes’ services.

I had severe (11 out of 10 on the pain scale) lumbar back pain when I started going to Best Life. After six weeks of going 3 times a week, I have minimal (1 out of 10) pain. I wouldn't trust any other Chiropractor or go any where else. The office is conveniently located, has plenty of parking and has an excellent staff. I also appreciate that they are respectful of my time, get you in on your appointment time and don't rush your treatment. Highly recommend. If you're suffering like I did go see them and what they offer as a treatment plan. What do you have to lose? Your pain in the neck, back, shoulders, legs, that's what!

The staff was so pleasant and efficient. April was helpful and friendly. Awesome first visit experience. Dr. Palmes explain well the evaluation of my mom and my dad. My parents was given hope to get better. Thank you Dr. Gerald palmes.
