I went to Dr. Palmes to get my upper back and hips checked out. I’ve felt tightness and imbalance for awhile, likely from sitting at a desk most of the day. He took the time to check out what was going on, explain the imbalances, and walk through what he was doing. It put me at ease and I came out feeling like a new person. He also gave me exercises to do at home to help with the areas that were a little stuck. Great visit. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back.
