Based on the reviews, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing provides great service. Customers report that the company schedules appointments quickly, often for the same day. A plumber named Brandon is frequently mentioned for his professional and thorough work. He provides free estimates, inspects all water sources, and explains the full details of the job. Customers appreciate that he is polite, down to earth, and friendly. He fixes leaks in record time and wears shoe covers. While the office arrival times can be confusing, the actual service is highly recommended. Overall, customers are extremely pleased with the workmanship and would use this company again.
Tyler was simply amazing. I would recommend him for giving a very honest and customer friendly assessment for our plumbing needs. I am requesting Tyler for all my future plumbing needs. No questions asked. Comparable quotes from other plumbing companies were $1000+ higher and they gave me a lot of fancy terminology of what needs to be done. Tyler showed me clearly what the problem was and he easily fixed all that. When the problem was simply having to change the moen provided handles, other companies gave me a long list of things I need to change and sometimes quoted me $2500+. I like Benjamin Franklin plumbing and I highly recommend them specifically Tyler.
Tyler E. was polite and professional from the moment he arrived. He got straight to work diagnosing the issue we called about, and it was clear he really knew what he was doing. He explained everything clearly and honestly, and didn't try to upsell us on stuff we didn't need Tyler was prompt and went above and beyond throughout the job. Highly recommend!
Tyler came to look at my project for rerouting hot water pipe. Very professional and knowledgeable. He explained in detail all the things that needed to be done including the materials that would be used. Don't know if we will use him yet, since we are still getting more quotes. But I would have no hesitation in contracting him and Benjamin Franklin plumbing. I'll update this review if we decide to go with him.
