I've been getting waxed for many many years, and I can say that Joni is my favorite person to go to. Given that waxing isn't a fun task, Joni makes me feel so comfortable, that I hardly focus on the pain. Her infectious personality keeps me coming back. I’m not the type to commit to packages, but she has me as a devoted customer! I make sure I stock up and book my appointments in advance.
