Aztec did our inspection on our first home we are buying and I have worked with many inspections companies in the past and I was thoroughly impressed with the inspection process we went through with Gary. Everything I would have noticed he nailed it! I do love a human who really knows their job and does it well. Thank you Aztec! Thank you Gary!
My home inspection was thorough and my inspector was very patient. He pointed out some very important concerns that we were able to get repaired by the seller. The report was very clear and precise. I would use this company again and recommend them to a friend.
Jim I. was quite diligent and thorough. Was the hottest day of the summer, yet he was still perfectly professional and patient with our questions and concerns about the property. And we were able to schedule an inspection easily and within 48 hours. Don't hesitate to hire Aztec for your property inspection.
