If you're doing a remodel or new construction and feeling overwhelmed, stop by Arizona Tile. I was looking for backsplash for my kitchen remodel, and this place had it. They have nice model set ups upstairs to get a few ideas of options, and have plenty of nice samples downstairs on the ground level to check out without being totally overwhelming. Every staff person I interacted with was super nice and knowledgeable, extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Changed my review to very satisfied. Used all the tiles at the end of my project and incidentally chipped a piece on the wall. My contractor is a great guy and called Arizona tile ordering one piece. Hector at the warehouse is very responsive and generously provide a sample tile to make the project complete on time. Would recommend the Store.

Great tile selection and helpful. Return policy is not "subject" to a restocking fee as they state and post but you will be charged a 25% return/restocking fee. After the fact I spoke in person at the large wherehouse in Mira Mesa and the store on Morena. I would not have made the purchase if they had posted the true return policy. I have four full sealed boxes of tile left over. So one box they get back for free
