If you're doing a remodel or new construction and feeling overwhelmed, stop by Arizona Tile. I was looking for backsplash for my kitchen remodel, and this place had it. They have nice model set ups upstairs to get a few ideas of options, and have plenty of nice samples downstairs on the ground level to check out without being totally overwhelming. Every staff person I interacted with was super nice and knowledgeable, extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable and at ease. They let me take home samples and offered up other samples I could take with me that they thought might be a good fit for what I was looking for. Placing my order was fast and easy, and they hold your order for up to 30 days. They were also kind enough to offer me a contractor discount on my purchase.
Changed my review to very satisfied. Used all the tiles at the end of my project and incidentally chipped a piece on the wall. My contractor is a great guy and called Arizona tile ordering one piece. Hector at the warehouse is very responsive and generously provide a sample tile to make the project complete on time. Would recommend the Store.
Great tile selection and helpful. Return policy is not "subject" to a restocking fee as they state and post but you will be charged a 25% return/restocking fee. After the fact I spoke in person at the large wherehouse in Mira Mesa and the store on Morena. I would not have made the purchase if they had posted the true return policy. I have four full sealed boxes of tile left over. So one box they get back for free
