Melissa is amazing. I found her on Instagram and loved her work from the beginning. Making my appointment was easy. She was very responsive and kind. During the first appointment she explained the process, and asked me questions to make sure I got my desired look. My healing process was easier than I thought. She gave instructions and told me to reach out if I had more questions. I went back for my touch up today on 2/15/2024 and she made me so happy with my touch up. She made them just how I wanted them. I have been getting permanent eyebrows done for about 12 years (about every 2-3 years), and have tried 4 different people. Melissa is hands down the best one I've ever had, and I'll never go to anyone else. She is truly a perfectionist and her eye for the perfect color and shape are second to none. I followed her on IG for a few years until I finally decided to go to her. She is professional, hygienic, and truly an artist. She did a color and shape correction on my brows, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I get compliments about how great my eyebrows look all the time, and recommend her to everyone. You won't be disappointed!
