Marcelo did a phenomenal job repairing our stucco and touching up our Texcoat Coolwall paint. He also matched the coloring of our house to prime and paint all the new wood that was replaced when we got our new roof. He pays attention to detail and has you inspect every stage of the process. Marcelo cleans up after himself and manages his time very well. This is our second time using his services and we plan use him as we need in the future. I highly recommend him.
I have worked with Marcelo of American Painting on several residential properties that I manage, and the quality of work has consistently been excellent. He is reliable, professional, and always completes projects on time with great attention to detail. He did an outstanding job with interior painting, touchups, drywall repairs, and preparing homes for new tenants. Communication is always prompt, pricing is fair, and the work areas are left clean when the job is finished.. I highly recommend Marcelo to anyone looking for a dependable, skilled painter. In
Marcelo did a great job painting our 70 year old home. He took his time and did it right . Very conscientious to detail. He didn’t sub it out to others but did it all by himself. Seems to be very knowledgeable about the different products available and what would be best to use. Very receptive to our expectations. Yes, I would certainly hire him again.
