LOVE this establishment, highly recommend!PROs: Hands down the best choice for martial arts for kids in the area. Master Kenny and his colleagues are true professionals. They have the knowledge and attitude to keep kids attention non-stop while instilling the tenants of Tang Soo Do. My kid loves going to class and it's quite a show to watch. No matter the skill level, they give every child the same amount of attention, discipline, and respect. The very flexible class schedule is also supportive of family schedules. Looking forward to staying here for years to come!CONs: Parking is tough but otherwise this place rocks!

Master Purnell and his team of Masters are wonderful, awesome, teach our kiddos to be focused, and are always positive maintaining a positive environment! Our daughter really loves karate and especially having Master Purnell as her Master! Highly recommend!!

Allied Gardens Tang Soo Do Karate Academy in San Diego is an absolute gem. We began sending our children to Master Purnell's karate classes last January and we couldn't be happier. Master Purnell is a phenomenal instructor, keeps the kids engaged and encouraged, while maintaining discipline and focus. During COVID, Master Purnell has constantly flexed the class options to accommodate everyone and maintain safety as his highest priority. If you're looking for a karate class to send your kids to, even during COVID, don't hesitate to give Allied Gardens Tang Soo Do your consideration.

Allied Gardens Tang Soo Do Academy in San Diego has been offering karate classes to all ages for over 30 years. All of our instructors are certified and encourage a positive attitude with an emphasis on self-esteem and confidence. Students will receive expert training in the art of Tang Soo Do karate. As you progress and study Tang Soo Do, you will develop life skills, a stronger character, and virtues to enhance humanity. While our classes are designed to be fun and exciting, we also teach our students, both children and adults, that what they are learning is very serious and should not be taken lightly. At Allied Gardens Tang Soo Do Karate Academy, our mission is to help our students as young as age 5 to reach their full potential.
