Very professional and on time. Dr. Van House was thorough in testing. The staff was helpful, knew and performed all the imaging tests for evaluating eyes needed for the doctor to see. They have also advanced optical imaging machines and devices for correct eyes evaluations and documenting. I will recommend my family and friends to this optometrist. The other office staff was also helpful.
Dr. Van Hoose is an incredible optometrist. Very thorough, and extremely competent. He is not rushed and takes the time to listen to his patients. Ursula and Brenda are great also. Ursula is very helpful when I go in to order new glasses. I have referred many family members and friends.
My first visit was a good experience especially when you get your questions answered in a professional conversational manner. I had a lot of questions about cataract surgery and how long etc etc .... The doctor put my mind at ease with the latest technology and procedures about the surgery. Based on that I would recommend this team of professionals!!!
